2.3. As a SHOPTEZON user you need to provide a valid email address at registration and choose a username or alias that may represent your identity on SHOPTEZON.
2.4. Depending on which of the Services you choose to use, we may require additional information, such as business address, business type, business identification number, bank account information, billing address, telephone number, and/or a physical mailing address.
2.5. We may contact users to request more information about their identities, businesses or items listed on SHOPTEZON on a confidential basis, to ensure compliance with our rules and policies.
2.6. You may optionally choose to provide your full name and other personal information (such as birthday, gender, location) to other users on SHOPTEZON in connection to your account and activity.
2.7. Your username or alias is publicly displayed and connected to your SHOPTEZON activity. Other people may see your date joined, feedback, ratings, profile information, listed items, liked items, followers and comments on SHOPTEZON.
2.8. We automatically receive and record some information from your browser when you use SHOPTEZON, such as your IP address, cookies and data about which pages you visit on SHOPTEZON through the use of log files provided by our third-party tracking-utility partners.
2.9. This information helps us analyse and understand how SHOPTEZON works for users and visitors, and provide a more personalised experience for users and visitors.
2.10. We may receive some data and information from those connected third-party applications and the data and information we receive from those channels are also governed by this Privacy Policy. Connecting your SHOPTEZON account to third-party applications or services is optional.

We may receive or collect information (e.g. email address) about a person who is not yet a registered SHOPTEZON user (“non-user”) in connection with certain SHOPTEZON features, including but not limited to: a non-user subscribing to a SHOPTEZON newsletter, a user inviting a non-user to visit the Website or to download the App onto their mobile device, or a non-user engaging in a transaction.
2.12. Non-user information is subject to this Privacy Policy and is used only for the purpose for which it was originally submitted to us.
2.13. 3. YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR INFORMATION

3.1. We believe you should be able to access and control your personal information no matter where you live. Depending on how you use SHOPTEZON, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, port to another service provider, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information (for example, direct marketing). We will not charge you more or provide you with a different level of service if you exercise any of these rights.
3.2. If you buy something from a SHOPTEZON powered store and wish to exercise these rights over information about your purchase, you need to directly contact the merchant you interacted with. We are only a processor on their behalf, and cannot decide how to process their information. As such, we can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond. We will of course help our merchants to ulfil these requests by giving them the tools to do so and by answering their questions.
3.3. Please note that if you send us a request relating to your personal information, we have to make sure that it is you before we can respond. In order to do so, we may ask to see documentation verifying your identity, which we will discard after verification.
3.4. If you would like to designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights for you, please email us from the email address we have on file for you. If you email us from a different email address, we cannot determine if the request is coming from you and will not be able to accommodate your request. In your email, please include the name and email address of your authorized agent.
